From Edward,
Hey K You've played for a few coaches during your time in the CFL.. would you agree Wally Buono is the most overrated? He seems to get his teams wound up too tight!! Thoughts from an "insida" always appreciated.
Overrated? I'm not sure about that...his wins record can't be ignored, and he has too many rings to be classified as overrated I think. I'd agree that he does hold a heavy hand with his teams, and perhaps his style is one that forces some pressure on his teams that others don't. I think that the main difference between Wally and other coaches is that he doesn't pride himself on being a "players" coach, he really only cares about the results.

From Mike:
Yo KP! I'm just getting a chance to write you, I've been busy training and working on a few things. I he just wanted to say, "big ups," on the Outstanding Canadian Award. You deserve it. You're a true testimony to perseverance. Enjoy the off-season, train hard, and I'll see you on the field next year!
Thanks Mike,
Good luck with your training! Don't let anything stand in your way if that's what you want for yourself, go get it!

From Carolyne:
Congratulations on winning the top Canadian honor. You definitely deserved it. My question is, where do you go in the off season if you don't stay in Edmonton and do you have a career doing something not related to football over those months? I know for me it will be a long 7 months before I can see my green and gold again.
Thanks Carolyne,
I appreciate the well wishing, the sentiment means a great deal. The past two or three off-seasons I've been teaching middle-school children in Frederick, Maryland. In addition to that I train young athletes, and run a real-estate acquisition firm. This year however, I'm contemplating moving my family to Edmonton to see what the city has to offer in the off-season. Enjoy the time away from the gridiron, because it's going to go very fast, and before you know it we'll be at training camp!
