You were truly one of the pleasant surprises last year when everything else just didn't go as well as we'd have liked or expect. Here's to seeing your continued success in 08 (year Ocho...coincidence?). Let's turn it around this year. Thanks Opus, Talking to some of our guys that were injured last year (Tucker, Samuels, etc.) I'm really optimistic about this coming season. Look for the blogs right here on the website as I'll be doing a different feature with the Edmonton Journal this year.

What's up Tyler! I hope your training is going as well as mine and you're coming in healthy. Shouldn't be anything to stop you from running wild in the east. Jeff Armstead did the site and did a great job of it too...check him out at www.inthetunnel.com. Stick to running forward though...backpedaling against me would be a bad career move.
P.S. let me borrow a visor for this year!
